2. Custom Products & Intellectual Property

• Original Designs: All custom designs, artwork, and graphics created by Whitney's Creative World are protected by copyright laws.

• User Submissions: If you provide images or text for customization, you represent that you own the rights to that content. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property or contains offensive material.

3. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because our items are custom-printed through partners like Printify, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

4. Returns and Refunds

As noted in our Return and Refund Policy, all orders are custom-made and final sale.

• Defects Only: We only accept returns or provide replacements for items with printing defects or shipping damage.

• No General Returns: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer errors.
