1. Custom & Personalized Items
All items sold on our store are made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts before ordering).

Customer errors (e.g., spelling mistakes in provided text).
2. Printing Defects & Damages
We only accept returns or provide replacements for items that arrive with a printing defect or are damaged during transit.

If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing error or damage, please contact us at whitneyscreativeworldwcw@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

3. Resolution Process
Once we verify the defect:

We will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
