Thank you for shopping at Whitney's Creative World. Because our products are custom-made and printed to order, we have a specific return policy to ensure clarity for our customers.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

All items sold on our store are made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts before ordering).

  • Customer errors (e.g., spelling mistakes in provided text).

2. Printing Defects & Damages

We only accept returns or provide replacements for items that arrive with a printing defect or are damaged during transit.

  • If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing error or damage, please contact us at whitneyscreativeworldwcw@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

3. Resolution Process

Once we verify the defect:

  • We will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
