Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time

All of our products are custom-made to order.

• Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and packed.

• Shipping Time: Once production is complete, shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for domestic orders within the United States.

Note: Production and shipping times may increase during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via standard ground services.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Issues

Whitney's Creative World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us at whitneyscreativeworldwcw@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product so we can investigate a claim or replacement.
